Let me introduce myself, I am Daviana Gonzalez, I am a licensed real estate professional in Southwest Florida.  In addition, I am experienced and certified in probate liquidation.

I moved from Pawtucket, Rhode Island to Fort Myers, Florida in 1992 with the intent to live and work in paradise.  Needless to say, I immediately fell in love with the tropical landscape and the array of unique architecture.  My love for Southwest Florida and it’s lifestyle led me to the real estate industry where I have had the pleasure of working within the many different facets of the industry; permitting, financing, construction and ultimately sales. Having recognized the client need for guidance and expertise from an honest real estate professional, I decided to become a licensed real estate agent in 2010. 

Since that time, I have enjoyed assisting buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals and I have witnessed many of my satisfied clients overwhelmed with the joy of accomplishing their dream of owning a home.  I am well known within my profession, I have an impeccable reputation, great customer service, strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for my clients in every transaction.  I strongly believe that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to guide them through every step of the process so that they make the best decisions possible.
